Penalty Corner Clinic

  • Monday, May 5 from 7-8p

    at Francis Parker Goshen Fields

    • $35 per participant

    • Led by University of Louisville Field
      Hockey players Rylie and Luci

    • Players will learn each position (which
      is so important for well rounded
      players), the technicalities of penalty
      corners, when they happen and why
      they happen.

    • Teams have the opportunity to create/perfect corner plays with UL athletes

  • Players who participate in the age division of 3rd grade and up will benefit from this clinic because:

    • They will learn and connect with D1
      Collegiate UL FH players providing connection and role models on the FH world

    • Your player will learn the “when” and “why” to
      corners so they are confident and comfortable when they happen in their games

    • Your player will learn the technicalities and vocabulary of what happens
      during corners (when to start, who can touch
      the ball, how many players, etc.)

    • This will help your player pursue becoming a well rounded player in
      all positions (offensively and defensively) and
      help progress their corner participation

    • FREE but registration required

    • No equipment required

    • Open to any age, any athlete or non-sport player

    • Coach Gracie and volunteers will be teaching players how to style their own game day hair giving them the confidence to show up feeling capable, prepared, and proud of how they present themselves—ready to take on anything the game throws at them. 

    • There will be lots of pony tails, braids, ribbons and bows followed by team bonding games.

    • Early Bird Registration Discount to $100 until May 18. Camp Registration after will be $125.

    • Over the course of three days, participants
      will explore the importance of care,
      wellness, and overall health. We'll focus on
      developing the mind, body, character, and
      social-emotional well-being—all through
      the lens of being a human first and athlete
      second.

    • Participants will have
      opportunities to try out different sports
      and creative outlets during breakout
      sessions

    • Participants will learn about holistic health
      from trusted professionals in our
      community.

    • Questionnaire and more information will be sent after registration at a later date.

    • Builds well-rounded athletes by focusing on mind, body, character, and social-emotional growth—not just athletic skills.

    • Promotes long-term health and wellness through education on holistic well-being from trusted professionals.

    • Encourages self-awareness and emotional intelligence, helping athletes become better teammates and leaders.

    • Supports early exposure to multiple sports and creative outlets, fostering versatility, curiosity, and confidence.
